Join us for an incredible opportunity to learn from Haida fashion designer and artist, Dorothy Grant. We're hosting a four-day Fur Felt Hat Making Workshop, October 9th-12th, 2026 at the NAN office, instructed and led by Dorothy Grant.

Participants are required to pay a registration fee of $250 to cover material and instruction costs.

About Dorothy Grant:

Dorothy Grant is a renowned Haida fashion designer and artist who has been designing for over 40 years. She is part of the Kaigani Haida of the Raven Clan from Brown Bear House of Howkan. Dorothy first began designing after learning how to to sew by her grandmother. Since her first sketches in 1983, Dorothy has designed hundreds of pieces and won several awards and acknowledgements for her work. We are so thankful to have Dorothy spend her time with our NAN community and offer her expertise at this upcoming workshop!

Space is extremely limited.
